Wasdas is an online German course. We offer you the option to learn on your own with our self-study course and to book a tutor if needed. You can also book lessons with our tutors without booking our self-study course. This gives you the flexibility to tailor your German course to your needs.
That depends entirely on you. After the trial period, you can subscribe to a membership for our German courses. This gives you access to all German courses, exercises, vocabulary sets and learning games. The membership can be cancelled on a monthly basis. Additionally, you can book online lessons with one of our German tutors. It’s very much up to you how many lessons you book. You can either book a lesson package and do the whole course with a tutor or only book a lesson once in a while when you need it.
It’s up to you! The more you study, the faster you improve. We recommend that our students study regularly with shorter sessions rather than studying for long periods on a few days of the week. For example, 15 to 30 minutes every day. This will get you very far very quickly.
Yes, if you have done an exercise, your answers will be saved on your device. Also, you can mark a chapter as completed when you have finished it. This will also be shown in your dashboard.

They can answer your questions, and you can do in-depth exercises on the topics you want to work on. The exercises match the self-study course, so you can also use the vocabulary you learned there. Another reason is that you can only learn a language effectively if you speak it. A tutor who is a native German speaker can help you with this, and you can work on your pronunciation together.
Our tutors are native German speakers and work with materials that perfectly match the self-study course. They have the experience needed to help you and answer your questions. You can either ask your tutor specific questions that have arisen during the self-study course, or you can complete the entire German course together, with the self-study course serving as an additional source of vocabulary, explanations and exercises.
You can decide for yourself which tutor you would like to study with. For example, you can always choose the same tutor or book lessons with different teachers.

Also, you can end the live lesson at any time without giving a reason. Booking a lesson is very easy. First you can choose a teacher, day and time. Then enter all the necessary information and that's it! You can also book multiple lessons at once. Normally, we use Skype. If you don't have Skype, that's no problem. You can simply visit your teacher's profile, where you will find a link to our virtual classroom. Click it at the time of the lesson to join without registering. It's that easy.

Yes, that’s possible. You don’t need a membership to be able to book one of our tutors. However, for the best possible success, we recommend doing the German course in conjunction with German lessons.

Do you manage well on your own and only want the help of a German tutor now and then? No problem. Do you simply learn better and faster and feel more motivated with regular lessons? No problem at all—the decision is yours! That's how we stay amazing and affordable.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you signed up with Stripe, your cancellation comes into effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you signed up with PayPal, your cancellation comes into effect immediately. After your cancellation, you are no longer able to access the German courses.

Wir stellen Unterrichtsentwürfe für unsere gut strukturierten Deutschkurse bereit, derzeit auf den Niveaus A1 bis B1. Für jedes Kapitel gibt es zwei Arten von Unterrichtsentwürfen: einen Unterrichtsentwurf, der vor allem das grammatische Thema des entsprechenden Kapitels behandelt (Grammar Lesson), und einen Unterrichtsentwurf, der stärker auf die Sprachproduktion und die Verwendung des Kapitelwortschatzes ausgerichtet ist (Conversational Lesson). Diese Zweiteilung macht deinen Unterricht nicht nur vielseitiger. Sie gibt deinen Schülern auch die Möglichkeit, flexibel zu wählen, welche Art von Unterricht sie möchten.
Nein, das ist nicht notwendig, aber natürlich möglich, wenn du das möchtest! Wenn du bereits auf anderen Portalen wie iTalki oder Verbling unterrichtest, kannst du das natürlich weiterhin tun. Du kannst deinen Schülern den folgenden Code geben: FREE-MONTH-WASDAS. Diesen Code können deine Schüler bei der Anmeldung eingeben und erhalten damit einen kostenlosen Probemonat. Sie müssen bei der Anmeldung zwar bereits eine Zahlungsmethode auswählen, können aber im Laufe des Monats problemlos kündigen, ohne etwas zu bezahlen.
